Desafortunadamente tuve que ir al pollo feliz de San Roque porque ya me quedaba cerca del lugar al que fui previamente, y digo desafortunadamente, ya que el servicio que nos brindaron fue muy lento, a pesar de que no había más que otras dos mesas ocupadas en el lugar. Aparte de eso me llevaron el pollo frío y tuve que pedir que me lo calentaran nuevamente. Recomiendo ampliamente el de Las Espigas, éste no tanto. Same taste, bad service. J	JAVIER ROMERO MATA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día de ayer 16 de julio compré un pollo que más bien parecía que era una paloma, (muy pequeño) La cajera no atiende bien por estar con el teléfono, decidí aprovechar la promoción de 2 piezas más por $25.00 cuando pase a recojer el mencionado pollo (palomita) o sorpresa el que me despacho no se fijo en el ticket y no me puso las otras dos piezas , regresé a mencionarle y me agrego un par de diminutas alitas, le dije que si me podía agregar otra salsa y me dijo que no, que si la quería tenía que pagar 5 pesos más, lo cual no me hubiera importado pagarlos pero cuando vi el pollo me di cuenta que iba a llevar más salsa que pollo. Es importante aclarar que es la única sucursal en la que he recibido este tipo de servicio, ya que he comprado en otras sucursales y el servicio es muy bueno, incluyendo el tamaño del pollo.
