 I go often and today 04/11/2020 they took care of the dog they took me my order and there were no people they gave me my incomplete order without chili peppers or tortilla chips

Las tortillas Excelentes.
I ordered a chicken to go and when I got home I opened my package it was a mini chicken, the flavor was rich but the chicken was very small. If the chicken is small, lower the prices.

Very bad choice to eat they do not clean the chicken well their tortillas are sour along with their sauces I have always been a happy fan of chicken and for years I have bought in their branches but it specifically left me a very bad taste in my mouth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad están mucho mejor los pollos de Tepatitlán de la misma cadena, acá no son al carbón si no a la leña y aparte no te dan ensalada junto con los pollos, las tortilla muy pésimas parecen de aurrera de las que no se venden, ya que las de Tepatitlán las hacen a mano, de muy buen tamaño y sin costo alguno extra la ensalada y las tortillas, que decepción vivir en la ciudad donde se supone todo es mejor entre comillas y la verdad dejan mucho que desear, me decepciona que la cadena no tenga la misma calidad en todos los municipios sabiendo que Guadalajara es el municipio que representa a todo jalisco, les daría media estrella pero esta cosa no me lo permite.
The truth is that the Tepatitlán chickens from the same chain are much better, here they are not charcoal but firewood and apart from that they do not give you a salad along with the chickens, the very lousy tortillas seem like the ones that are not sold, already that the ones from Tepatitlán are made by hand, of a very good size and at no extra cost for the salad and the tortillas, what a disappointment to live in the city where everything is supposed to be better in quotes and the truth is that they leave a lot to be desired, I am disappointed that the chain does not have the same quality in all the municipalities knowing that Guadalajara is the municipality that represents all of Jalisco, I would give them half a star but this thing does not allow me.
