★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollo frito Fiesta is a piece of heaven in Nuevo Laredo. Of course you would have to be a fried chicken aficionado to go as far as to call it heaven. But seriously, their chicken is top notch.
Sides are not bad at all and have a homey taste to them.
Many fried chicken places are not as good as Fiesta, and very few are better. These guys get my 5 stars.
