Realice un pedido a las 11am y me ENGAÑARON que según en 30 minutos llegaría, pasaron mas de 45 minutos y llame para preguntar y me dijeron que ya había salido mi servicio, pasaron otros 30 minutos y volvi a llamar y que el repartidor ya había salido, a lo mejor se perdió.
No se realmente que hicieron mi pedido, llego FRIO, tardo casi 1 hora con 30 minutos. Lo que más me molesta es el engaño hacia el cliente, prefiero que me digan que tardará 1 o 2 horas, o que están saturados o el motivo que sea por el que demoran tanto, asi yo tomar mi decisión de pedir o no.
I like the giant chicken products, but the attention leaves a lot to be desired.
I placed an order at 11am and they CHEATED me that according to 30 minutes it would arrive, more than 45 minutes passed and I called to ask and they told me that my service had already left, another 30 minutes passed and I called again and that the delivery man had already left , maybe it was lost.
I don't really know who made my order, it arrived COLD, it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. What bothers me the most is the deception towards the client, I prefer to be told that it will take 1 or 2 hours, or that they are saturated or whatever reason they take so long, so I make my decision to order or not.
