★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que abrieron el local la calidad bajó mucho. Este viernes el pollo que me dieron estaba recalentado y sabía a refrigerado.
Since they opened the place, the quality dropped a lot. This Friday the chicken they gave me was reheated and tasted like refrigerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollo tan feo, la salchicha donde la apreté, saltó toda la grasa en CHORRO a mi blusa, pedí guacamole y no sabían qué era. Lugar muuuy caliente, sin clima, no comes nada agusto. Pedí arroz con azafrán y juraban que era el blanco, a demás sabía horrible. 0/10
Chicken so ugly, the sausage where I squeezed it, all the fat jumped in a JET on my blouse, I ordered guacamole and they didn't know what it was. Very hot place, no weather, you don't eat anything comfortable. I ordered rice with saffron and they swore it was white, besides it tasted horrible. 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollo al ataúd de calidad media. El sazón está OK, no es excelente ni es malo. Está más salado de lo que es agradable para mí y eso que me encanta la comida salada y los sabores fuertes.
Las salchichas están minis. Si ven mis reseñas he reseñado muchos pollos del sur de la ciudad y éstas son las salchichas más chiquitas que me he encontrado.
Las salsas no son la gran cosa. Me recomendaron la tatemada en el establecimiento y adicionalmente pedí la de habanero, que me gustó más pero no la consideraría rica, sólo pasable.
Las tortillas que incluyen saben ricas, lástima que me las dieron frías... Al igual que el pollo.
A estas instalaciones les hace falta iluminación así que preferí pedirlo para llevar.
Me quedo con los pollos del Cerro de la Campana, o de Camino al Mirador, o de la Independencia.
Medium quality coffin chicken. The seasoning is OK, it is not excellent nor is it bad. It's saltier than what's nice for me and I love salty food and strong flavors.
The sausages are minis. If you see my reviews I've reviewed a lot of south side chickens and these are the smallest sausages I've ever come across.
The sauces are not that great. They recommended the tatemada at the establishment and I additionally ordered the habanero, which I liked better but I wouldn't consider it rich, just passable.
The tortillas that they include taste delicious, too bad they gave me cold... Just like the chicken.
These facilities need lighting so I preferred to order it to go.
I prefer the chickens from Cerro de la Campana, or from Camino al Mirador, or from Independencia.
