Han pasado muchos años desde que inició este gran sueño, un proyecto que se ha convertido en mucho más que una marca. 1979, 1989, 1991, 2000, 2010, 2017 … son fechas importantes, pero más importante es el tiempo que has permanecido con nosotros.
1979 El sueño comienza y nace la primer sucursal de Pollo Pepe en Guadalajara, Jalisco, la ciudad de las rosas. Nace con el compromiso de ofrecer deliciosa comida mexicana, sana y nutritiva; brindando un servicio rápido y atento al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sirvieron rápido, pollo a un precio razonable, con buen sabor, nos dieron vasos con hielo para las bebidas, salsa totopos tortillas recién hechas, hay estacionamiento juegos para niños chicos, baños, el agua de orchata con buen sabor, teníamos mucha hambre y el servicio fue rápido.
They served fast, chicken at a reasonable price, with good flavor, they gave us glasses with ice for drinks, totopos sauce, freshly made tortillas, there is a parking lot, games for young children, bathrooms, orchata water with good flavor, we were very hungry and the service was quick.

It is well located and the staff is very very friendly, we quite liked the chicken as well as the quesadillas. They blew it away with Pepeluche haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ensalada tenía tierra la gerente, ni siquiera se acercó me mandó decir con la mesera que no podía ser tierra y quiso cambiarme la pero que asco les pedí la cuenta y me hicieron el súper descuento de $17 pesos por qué solo me cobraron $102 y ni una disculpa ni puntos en mi tarjeta del pollo Pepe club por qué no había sistema, me queje en la página y solo me dijeron que me ofrecían un postre en mi próxima visita y tampoco comentaron una disculpa por lo que había en mi ensalada con la lechuga mal lavada , cabe destacar que yo soy cliente ,visto varias sucursales y nunca me había pasado pésimo servicio
