Han pasado muchos años desde que inició este gran sueño, un proyecto que se ha convertido en mucho más que una marca. 1979, 1989, 1991, 2000, 2010, 2017 … son fechas importantes, pero más importante es el tiempo que has permanecido con nosotros.
1979 El sueño comienza y nace la primer sucursal de Pollo Pepe en Guadalajara, Jalisco, la ciudad de las rosas. Nace con el compromiso de ofrecer deliciosa comida mexicana, sana y nutritiva; brindando un servicio rápido y atento al cliente.

La comida tiene el estándar de sabor y calidad del Pollo Pepe, además en esta sucursal podemos encontrar las Pippino's Pizza.
El ambiente es tranquilo a pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad y las instalaciones están limpias.
The staff attended my table with great effort and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen buen servicio, hay muchos meseros y poca gente no es tan concurrido. La vez que fui me dijeron que nada frito estaba disponible porque se había descompuesto la freidora y el menú quedó bastante limitado.
Hace mucho calor dentro, no hay música.
They do not have good service, there are many waiters and few people are not so busy. The time I went they told me that nothing fried was available because the fryer had broken down and the menu was quite limited.
It is very hot inside, there is no music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio era muy bueno pero las tortillas que hacen ahí estaban algo fermentadas y no me las pude comer me pareció muy desagradable, se que por el calor algunos productos pueden arruinarse, pero para que hacerlos llegar a la mesa de los clientes, es un detalle que nunca me había pasado en ningún sucursal, quizá haga una nueva visita ya que el personal es muy amable.
The service was very good, but the tortillas they make there were somewhat fermented and I couldn't eat them. I found it very unpleasant. I know that some products can be ruined by the heat, but why get them to the customers' tables? It's a detail. that had never happened to me in any branch, maybe I will make a new visit since the staff is very friendly.
