★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde siempre han mermado en su servicio a domicilio, dicen veinte minutos y te tardan más de una hora (como hoy) en entregarte un pollo rostizado que ya de entrada, ellos ya tienen rostizado, no obstante te atienden mal como haciéndote un favor y si fuera gratis. El día de hoy compré pollo porque mi mamá quería y después de una hora llega apenas tibio, carísimo, pequeño y exageradamente quemado, pedi pollo rostizado no pedazos de carbón, además de que es bastante grasoso. Sobra decir que no volveré a comprar pollo Pepe en lo que me queda de vida, al emnos no de mi dinero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he sido clienta de 2 veces por semana y hace como 1 mes llegué y salieron que te condicionan la venta del pollo a que compres un complemento !!! Si, lo escucho bien !!! Te venden pollo si compras complementos !! Osea !!! Obvio no es por lo que cuesta, que no pienso regresar hasta que quiten esa.condicionante, si no por la actitud o la condicionante !!!! Lástima ......actualizo mi comentario a hoy 22 de dic. 2019 ya quitaron esa .condicinante no se cuándo pero hoy fuy y ya no te piden comprar complementos , gracias seguiré como siempre siendo clienta de ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era clienta a frecuente de este lugar sinceramente tenian de unos meses para aca que habia mejorado mucho el servicio solo habia detalle de que al comer en el restaurant habia demasiado polvo pero el dia viernes de la semana pasada y hoy fueron lo peor, salsa echada a perder, me tardan el pollo 5 min que se hacen 15 y les preguntas y se molestan. No me quedaron ganas de volver ni siquiera parece restauran de Pollo Pepe como otros. Pongan atencion un poco a los atencion a detalles pequeños que son en cierta forma importantes. Al tapatio no me vuelvo a parar.

Y adentro los de cocina o meseros también la mayoría no usaba bien el cubrebocas. La verdad es que si me causó problema y procuraré no comprar en ese Pepe Pollo, aunque este cerca de mi oficina ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi servicio a domicilio, me dijeron que en un tiempo de 45 min llegaría mi pedido. Me marcaron despues de 1 hora y media para decirme que su repartidor no se presentó a trabajar y por lo mismo no llegaría mi pedido. Es un pésimo servicio, al menos para llevar, que les costaba decir eso antes, ahí me tienen esperando y con hambre, para que me salgan con esa babosada. No vuelvo a pedir en esa sucursal.

El personal se nota no tiene ganas ni de vivir todos sentados de mala gana atienden y aparte nos dijeron que el pollo trataba en salir 30 minutos, las mesas ya estaba recogidas como si ya fueran a cerrar. La chava sentada comiendo es la cajera o encargada pues era la que se encargaba de dar las órdenes
