Han pasado muchos años desde que inició este gran sueño, un proyecto que se ha convertido en mucho más que una marca. 1979, 1989, 1991, 2000, 2010, 2017 … son fechas importantes, pero más importante es el tiempo que has permanecido con nosotros.
1979 El sueño comienza y nace la primer sucursal de Pollo Pepe en Guadalajara, Jalisco, la ciudad de las rosas. Nace con el compromiso de ofrecer deliciosa comida mexicana, sana y nutritiva; brindando un servicio rápido y atento al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta ir a la sucursal, siempre me atienden super rápido, nunca tengo problemas para el cobro, nunca me ha faltado nada en lo qué me entregan, y sobre todo, el pollo es delicioso, siempre muy bien asado, no salen partes sin cocinar, y tienes muchas más opciones para acompañar, como son ensaladas, tacos dorados, salsas, aguas frescas, papas a la francesa, entre otros, los recomiendo muchísimo, y que vayan antes de las 4 porque es tan concurrido qué a veces se acaba antes de lo previsto.
I love going to the branch, they always serve me super fast, I never have problems with the collection, I have never lacked anything in what they give me, and above all, the chicken is delicious, always very well roasted, no uncooked parts come out , and you have many more options to accompany it, such as salads, golden tacos, sauces, fresh waters, French fries, among others, I highly recommend them, and that they go before 4 o'clock because it is so busy that sometimes it ends before than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué pasa es ésta sucursal??? Nunca hay Pollo! Es la cuarta vez que llego y después de pagar me dicen, "se va a tardar 10 minutos" y se tardan 15. Vengo porque es el que me queda más cerca, pero es el unico Pollo Pepe donde sucede. Siempre hay cola por eso! Pésimo.
What's up is this branch??? There is never chicken! It's the fourth time I've come and after paying they tell me, "it's going to take 10 minutes" and it takes 15. I come because it's the one closest to me, but it's the only Pollo Pepe where it happens. There is always a queue for that! Appalling.
