1979 El sueño comienza y nace la primer sucursal de Pollo Pepe en Guadalajara, Jalisco, la ciudad de las rosas. Nace con el compromiso de ofrecer deliciosa comida mexicana, sana y nutritiva; brindando un servicio rápido y atento al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, es la segunda vez que voy, la primera me dijeron que no podían acumular mis puntos por que es franquicia y pregunte en otra sucursal y me dijeron que en todas deben acumular los. La segunda vez que fui la mesera nos ignoró al tender primero a personas que llegaron después y al vernos salir por nuestra molestia ni les preocupó. Visito muy seguido pollo Pepe pero jamás volvería a esta sucursal.
 Terrible attention, it is the second time that I go, the first time they told me that they could not accumulate my points because it is a franchise and I asked at another branch and they told me that they must accumulate them in all. The second time I went, the waitress ignored us by first reaching out to people who came later and when they saw us leaving because of our annoyance they didn't care. I visit Chicken Pepe very often but I would never return to this branch.
