★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy domingo 1 de marzo, 2020 acudí a comprar pollo a su sucursal Bugambilias y había una fila enorme de clientes esperando ser atendidos. Me acerqué a la caja a pedir mi pollo y se me informó que se les había TERMINANDO EL POLLO !! y estaban esperando que les surtieran más y que tardaría como una hora!! Quéeeee!? Y se dicen ustedes una corporación?? más bien eso ocurre en el changarro callejero de doña Pachita!! Si yo pago un precio igual que en USA por un pollo espero y exijo la misma calidad y servicio que en ??!! Esperarme una hora? pues ni aunque su pollo fuera gratis!! fSiQuiera tengan la seriedad y profesionalismo de correr al supervisor o gerente de dicha sucursal y discúlpense con los sumisos y pacientes clientes que esperaron porque tal vez estén acostumbrados a que no se les respete como consumidores.
Today, Sunday, March 1, 2020, I went to buy chicken at its Bugambilias branch and there was a huge line of customers waiting to be served. I went to the box to ask for my chicken and I was informed that they had FINISHED THE CHICKEN !! and they were waiting for more supplies and it would take about an hour! Quéeeee !? And do you say a corporation? rather that happens in the street changarro of Mrs. Pachita! If I pay a price the same as in the USA for a chicken I hope and demand the same quality and service as in ?? !! Wait for me an hour? Well, even if your chicken was free! If you want the seriousness and professionalism of running to the supervisor or manager of that branch and apologize to the submissive and patient clients who waited because they may be accustomed to not being respected as consumers.

At the branch Bosco has the music so loud with a bricklayer taste that uneducated employees took over the branch turning up the volume like a dive.
