★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran descubrimiento, no es el típico pollo asado, tiene sabor, de hecho manejan 3: Al chiltepín, Encacahuatado y adobado. Cada uno con un toque que hace elegir una opción nada mas. Se agradece que incluye papas sazonadas junto con el pollo. Al ser un pollo horneado queda jugoso. Lo recomiendo.
Great discovery, it is not the typical roast chicken, it has flavor, in fact they handle 3: Al chiltepín, Encacahuatado and adobado. Each one with a touch that makes you choose just one option. It is appreciated that it includes seasoned potatoes along with the chicken. Being a baked chicken it is juicy. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bien ubicado que apenas probé y quedé muy satisfecho. Lo primero es que ofrecen 3 estilos de pollo horneado como se ve en su menú, probé el pollo al chiltepin y pollo encacahuatado y puedo decir que son una delicia ambos guisos, buen sazón y sabor, totalmente al horno. Te incluyen spaguetti con buen sazón y papas igualmente sazonadas que le dan un toque de sabor a la comida, incluyen una salsa de chile rojo y tortillas. El lugar está muy limpio cuenta con algunas mesas y lo más importante fue que puedes ver la mesa de trabajo y hornos del lugar limpios y todos cuidando las medidas de higiene adecuadas. De hecho me invitó a pasar el dueño a ver los hornos y quedé muy satisfecho por la calidad en la elaboración de los alimentos. El trato por parte del personal es excelente y el tiempo de espera justo. Sin duda los recomiendo e invito a que prueben sus guisos les van a encantar, sin duda volveré!
It is a very well located place that I hardly tried and was very satisfied. The first thing is that they offer 3 styles of baked chicken as seen in their menu, I tried the chiltepin chicken and encacahuatado chicken and I can say that both stews are a delight, good seasoning and flavor, totally baked. They include spaghetti with good seasoning and equally seasoned potatoes that add a touch of flavor to the food, they include a red chili sauce and tortillas. The place is very clean, it has some tables and the most important thing was that you can see the work table and ovens of the place clean and all taking proper hygiene measures. In fact, the owner invited me to visit the ovens and I was very satisfied with the quality of the food preparation. The treatment by the staff is excellent and the waiting time is fair. I definitely recommend them and I invite you to try their stews, you will love them, I will definitely return!
