La comida tradicional de la huasteca es deliciosa, pero esta opción es fantástica para variar o para que no siempre se consuman los mismos platillos. Aquí es posible encontrar pollos asados al carbón, muy ricas salsas y acompañados de especias así como tortillas hechas a mano.
