★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez el pollo era una delicia, pero en está última ocasión el pollo me tocó como si estuviera sobrefrito o demasiado cocinado.
Yo solía ser cocinero y puedo notar cuando un aceite ya está muy usado y por consiguiente, la comida sale muy obscura no quemada, sino que el producto a freír absorbe el color de un aceite muy viejo o quemado.
Definitivamente el sabor ni la textura ya no son las mismas.
Quiero pensar que este es un caso aislado y que aún puedo volver a disfrutar la calidad por la que he ido a ese establecimiento.
Mi consejo es que no deberían cocinar tantos días con ese aceite pues el resultado al final, habla por si solo.

The taste and texture are definitely not the same anymore.
I want to think that this is an isolated case and that I can still enjoy the quality for which I have gone to that establishment.
My advice is that you should not cook so many days with that oil because the result in the end, speaks for itself.
