 They are regular but that does require a good hot sauce, they give you pure salsa, it seems that they are not Mexican

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo está bien a secas, la porción de arroz es ridícula para un paquete, la de ensalada está muy bien, no me molesta que cobren las tortillas, pero lo que me pareció horrible fueron dos cosas.
1 que los empleados tienen la música tan alta, que en verdad no entendía muy bien que querían decir porque no escuchaba, parecía cantina.
2 llegamos a comer a una hora normal 2:30 pm y tenían solo unos pocos refrescos fríos, hasta que nos pusimos a comer empezaron a llenar (y eso que eran como 5 empleados o 4)
3 el excesivo uso de desechables! En verdad es impresionante y aunque tú no quieras te los dan por flojera, pésimo.
5 el personal atiende a fuerzas, no mala cara como tal pero se nada amables.
The chicken is fine to dry, the rice portion is ridiculous for a package, the salad is very good, it doesn't bother me that they charge the tortillas, but what I thought was horrible were two things.
1 that the employees have such loud music, that they really didn't understand very well what they meant because they didn't listen, it seemed like a canteen.
2 We got to eat at a normal time 2:30 pm and they had only a few cold sodas, until we started eating they started to fill (and that was like 5 employees or 4)
3 Excessive use of disposables! It is really impressive and even if you don't want to, they give you laziness, lousy.
5 the staff attends to forces, not a bad face as such but be not friendly.

Tratamos de decir que nos sirvieran en el mismo plato del pollo los tacos y los pescuezos, pero el empleado simplemente se negó.
6 platos desechables,más todo lo demás.
All these disposable for two people.
We tried to say that the tacos and the neck were served on the same plate as the chicken, but the employee simply refused.
6 disposable plates, plus everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en la sucursal de Guadalajara centro el día 07/11/2021 a las 2 pm aproximadamente y el tipo que me cobro trata a la gente como perros.
El dueño de la franquicia de esa sucursal debería tomar cartas en el asunto porque ya he visto que esa sucursal esta super mal calificada por eso
Querido dueño de la sucursal: La gente ira una vez pero no harás ningún cliente con ese empleado que cree que el empleador es un *endejo y nunca se dará cuenta :)
I bought at the Guadalajara downtown branch on 11/07/2021 at approximately 2 pm and the guy who charged me treats people like dogs.
The owner of the franchise of that branch should take action on the matter because I have already seen that that branch is super poorly rated for that.
Dear Branch Owner: People will go once but you won't make any clients with that employee who thinks the employer is a * jerk and will never notice :)
