Y me hizo mal ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El POLLO estaba CRUDO, el puré de papa era bastante liquido, sin sabor y los jalapeños tenian harina cruda en el interior. Lo mas lamentable es que la dueña me dijo que no era tan grave que solo estaban poco crudos los alimentos y creo que si eso no les preocupa, tal vez no tengan ninguna otra precaución en la preparación de los alimentos ya que el pollo crudo si es causa de intoxicación o incluso SALMONELLA. Ojala tomen en cuenta las opiniones para mejorar la calidad de su servicio.
No recomiendo el lugar.
The CHICKEN was RAW, the mashed potatoes were quite runny, tasteless and the jalapenos had raw flour inside. The most unfortunate thing is that the owner told me that it was not so serious that the food was only slightly raw and I think that if that does not worry you, perhaps you do not have any other precautions in the preparation of the food since raw chicken is cause of poisoning or even SALMONELLA. Hopefully they take into account the opinions to improve the quality of their service.
I do not recommend the place.
