★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOAH, en serio, mi tío siempre nos llevó a restaurantes de Cholula muy caros y que por cierto la comida ni era buena (no sé que le ven a los restaurantes de "Frida", sin ofender XD). Tengo la creencia de que los locales pequeños o puestos de comida son 10 veces mejor que la comida de restaurantes. Y en esos está la verdadera comida mexicana y el buen sazón❤️. Estuvo muy delicioso, la cecina, las costillas, el arroz, incluso las papas fritas xD. Requete recomiendo este lugar para turistas, foráneos, extranjeros, visitantes de otros planetas, aliens, etc. ¡Me encantan esos lugarcitos dónde te hacen sentir en casa con el sabor de la comida 10/10 y me los guardo en mi lista (⌐■-■)?!
WOAH, seriously, my uncle always took us to very expensive restaurants in Cholula and by the way the food wasn't even good (I don't know what they see in "Frida" restaurants, no offense XD). I have a belief that small food stalls are 10 times better than restaurant food. And in those is true Mexican food and good seasoning ❤️. It was very delicious, the jerky, the ribs, the rice, even the fries xD. Requete I recommend this place for tourists, foreigners, foreigners, visitors from other planets, aliens, etc. I love those little places where they make you feel at home with the taste of 10/10 food and I keep them on my list (⌐■-■)?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida: en nuestra visita , de dos personas, ordeñamos mixiote de carnero, míxiote de conejo y 1/4 de pollo estilo Sinaloa todas las ordenes incluían arroz y tortillas ; el conejo tenía un buen sabor , el picor del guajillo; si no estás acostumbrado ; es picoso, el cordero, tenía una buena cocción , su picor no era alto, suficiente para no enchilarte y ponerle salsa extra , el pollo tenía un buen sabor , y buen punto de cocción, el arroz es muy bueno, como si lo guisara tú abuelita .
Atención; la atención del personal no es la mejor, son amables y atentos pero como son tan pocos el servicio puede tardar o dejarte los platos en la mesa aún cuando ya terminaste.
Lugar; es un lugar limpio , pero, no es un lugar tan grande, caben pocas personas , seguro tendrás que esperar para consumir alimentos en fin de semana.
Food: on our visit, with two people, we milked mutton mixiote, rabbit mixiote and 1/4 Sinaloa style chicken, all orders included rice and tortillas; the rabbit had a good flavor, the spiciness of the guajillo; if you're not used to it; It is spicy, the lamb, it was cooked well, its spiciness was not high, enough not to enchilate you and put extra sauce on it, the chicken had a good flavor, and good doneness, the rice is very good, as if you were cooking it Granny .
Attention; The attention of the staff is not the best, they are friendly and attentive but since there are so few of them, the service can take time or leave the dishes on the table even when you have finished.
Place; It is a clean place, but it is not such a big place, few people fit, surely you will have to wait to eat food on the weekend.
