★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí casetones y molduras y me parece que el material es de mejor calidad que otros con los que he tenido experiencia de manejar. El problema grave es la atención al cliente por parte del personal que ofrece el servicio en obra y de quien hace los cálculos de material. La primera vez que me ofrecieron el producto e hice el trato para el cálculo de material tardaron 3 meses en hacerlo y la segunda vez; si no es porque fui personalmente a pedirlo, todavía estaría esperando la llamada del promotor de ventas y de los calculistas (eso ya hace un año). A ese personal le están pagando gratis, por NO hacer su trabajo y dejan muy mala impresión para la empresa. Ojalá puedan motivar más a los empleados a hacer un mejor trabajo.
I have purchased cassettes and moldings and find the material to be of better quality than others that I have had experience handling. The serious problem is customer service from the personnel who offer the service on site and who makes the material calculations. The first time they offered me the product and I made the deal for the material calculation they took 3 months to do it and the second time; If not because I went personally to ask for it, I would still be waiting for the call from the sales promoter and the calculators (that was a year ago). They are paying these staff for free for NOT doing their job and they leave a very bad impression on the company. Hopefully they can further motivate employees to do a better job.
