★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A falta de personal, hay abuso de tiempo con los empleados, exigen y explotan, no hay oportunidades de crecimiento y tienen gente NO preparada para los trabajos establecidos, y hay una gran falta de Material de protección y prevención, no hay horarios definidos por lo cual es otro problema ya que ponen a gente de otras áreas a trabajar donde no les toca, EXIGEN y PIDEN y no dan Descanso establecido, a causa de que necesitan entregar una cuota a fin de mes, hacen trabajar Mas Tiempo a la gente que ya cumplió con su tiempo de labores haciéndolos trabajar en Domingo y pagando muy poco.
