★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio !!!! Dejaron a mi perro 4 Horas encerrado una jaula mini sin poder moverse y no le hicieron el servicio de estética, me dijeron que entre 3 y 4 horas estába listo, fui a las 3 1/2 y seguí en su jaula,. PÉSIMO ,. Exigí mi dinero y me lleve a mi perro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La que atiende no tiene criterio , mal encarada , grosera y prepotente nunca regresare a llevar a mi perro ahí . Una gran decepción . Hay miles de esteticas con mismos servicios con trato amable y respetuoso.
The one who attends has no criteria, badly faced, rude and arrogant, I will never return to take my dog there. A big disappointment . There are thousands of aesthetics with the same services with friendly and respectful treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a domicilio muy amable, sin embargo mi perrito lo cortaron en varios lugares incluyendo el cuello que después de dos semanas aun no sana bien. Me indicaron en la entrega un par de raspaduras sin embargo la del cuello no me la señalaron. Además expresamente les indicamos que NO le cortaran la cola en estilo de "cola de leon" y la primera vez lo hicieron de cualquier forma. La segunda vez se la raparon estilo rata.
Ojalá fueran mas cuidadosos.

The very friendly home service, however my dog cut it in several places including the neck that after two weeks still does not heal well. They indicated to me in the delivery a couple of scratches however the one of the neck did not indicate it to me. In addition, we expressly indicate that they will NOT cut the tail in the style of "lion's tail" and the first time they did it anyway. The second time they were shaved rat style.
I wish they were more careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que son super profesionales y lo que más me gusta es que si le hacen el corte de Schnauzer a mi perrita cosa que en otras estéticas caninas solo la rapan y además sus promociones son excelentes. Muy recomendados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en recepción es buena, el corte de pelo de mi Schnauzer fue PESIMO quien se lo hizo no tiene idea de cómo hacer el corte correcto, se van por la fácil de rapar y ni eso hizo bien, además me devolvieron mis perritos con irritación en los ojos, primera y última vez que llevo a mis perritos ahí, terrible lugar.
The attention at the reception is good, my Schnauzer's haircut was HORRIBLE, whoever did it has no idea how to make the correct cut, they go for the easy shave and even that did not do well, they also gave me back my dogs with irritation in the eyes, first and last time I take my dogs there, terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandaron un mensaje de que mi perro tenía lo ojos irritados, una forma sutil de desir que se lastimaron el ojo y tienen una lesión ocular la cuál me costó la consulta del veterinario y el medicamento cosas que la estética no se quiere hacer responsable.
Si en serio aman a sus perros eviten este lugar por la salud de sus perros. Tomén foto antes de mandarlos y atenganse a las consecuencias. Me dieron una severa desconfianza en estéticas como está.
They sent a message that my dog had irritated eyes, a subtle way of saying that they hurt their eyes and have an eye injury which cost me the vet's appointment and the medication, things that aesthetics do not want to be responsible for.
If you seriously love your dogs avoid this place for the health of your dogs. Take a picture before sending them and stick to the consequences. They gave me a severe distrust in aesthetics as it is.
