★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy nuevo miembro y aún no tengo una rutina así que me dieron una de acondicionado pero lo que no me pareció es que el entrenador en turno me puso a ver videos pero nunca se interesó por ver por lo menos una de las rutinas si las realizaba adecuada mente y he ido a las demás nada que ver lástima tan lindo lugar y tan poco comprometido con su trabajo
I am a new member and I still do not have a routine so they gave me a conditioning routine but what I did not think was that the coach on duty put me to watch videos but he was never interested in seeing at least one of the routines if I did them properly mind and I have gone to the others nothing to see such a nice place and so little committed to their work

los entrenadores son muy pero muy malos.
Yo estuve llenado 6 meses, uno de ellos se la pasaba entrenado y ni si quiera te pelaba, cuando le pedía que me apoyara a realizar la rutina se enojaba.
Y el otro no sabía cómo se utilizan los aparatos.
De lo demás bien pero de los entrenadores NO
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
The coaches are very, very bad.
I was 6 months full, one of them was trained and did not even peel, when asked to support me to perform the routine was angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal de Ponte En Forma GYM pero es muy pequeña, tiene áreas aisladas que ni ayudan mucho. El área de pesas y máquinas igualmente es chico el lugar. No tiene vestidores. Hay que usar el único baño que tiene donde ahí mismo es la regaderas. Recomendable solo si ya vas cambiado y no te interesa bañarte al terminar tu rutina
It is a branch of Ponte En Forma GYM but it is very small, it has isolated areas that do not help much. The area of weights and machines is also the place. It does not have dressing rooms. You have to use the only bathroom you have where the showers are right there. Recommended only if you're already changed and not interested in bathing after finishing your routine
