★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luis es un instructor súper profesional y con mucha experiencia, hice el curso de Open water y fue perfecto, atención personalizada y explicaciones precisas y prácticas.
Las inmersiones y las prácticas bajo el agua estuvieron exelentes y los buceos en aguas abiertas de maravilla.
Recomiendo a Luis y a Reyes a todas las personas que quieran tener una experiencia de buceo con total seguridad y exelente servicio.
 Luis is a super professional instructor with a lot of experience, I did the Open water course and it was perfect, personalized attention and precise and practical explanations.
The dives and underwater practices were excellent and the open water dives were wonderful.
I recommend Luis and Reyes to all people who want to have a diving experience with total safety and excellent service.

Luis et son équipe sont très agréables et rassurants lors des plongées.
Le club propose des sorties en petit groupe et est très flexible par rapport au choix des sites de plongées.
Le shop se trouve dans le beach club tortuga et Luis et son équipe parlent bien anglais !
Nous recommandons vraiment ce club !
We did 6 dives and 2 friends passed the Open water. Everything went very well.
Luis and his team are very pleasant and reassuring during the dives.
The club offers small group outings and is very flexible in choosing dive sites.
The shop is in the tortuga beach club and Luis and his team speak good English!
We really recommend this club!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience. Small custom dive shop experience with a normal price. We dove five days with them. Two days getting my kids through referral certification and the other three from medium level all the way to advanced. We were able to see the Cozumel Shipwreck all the way to Cathedral and the Devil's Throat. Looking forward to returning soon.

We dove with Luis and Jorge during our winter trip (Dec 2018 / Jan 2019). They were very professional and it was awesome going out in smaller groups (5-6). My son (13) even finished his Junior Open Water Certification training with Jorge. He was such a great instructor, so calm and so patient, yet strict in the fact that everything had to be done correctly or repeated until correct. I highly recommend their shop if you are looking for a personal dive tour at very competitive prices :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Repeat customer and I love this dive shop. I have been diving for decades, all over the world. Pontebuzo rates among my best experiences. Louis is friendly, very knowledgeable, and very hard working. Most importantly, he is very aware of his divers without trying to take total control of a dive. As a guide, he can lead you around sights he has dive on his entire life. He can accommodate rental equipment for missing or broken gear, and I would trust him with the most inexperienced diver.

Contacted the dive shop 3times and made it very clear we want to dive with them (we were 2 people) we were told they have to check with another group when and if the dive happens..we sent them 3 reminders during the day and never heard back from them.
