Reservé una casa con un trato que me pareció bueno, con la promesa de su gerente Miguel de que se me devolverían los $40,000 pesos en el momento que yo quisiera. Después de ésto, nos dieron la noticia que nuestros vuelos de habían cancelado y que teníamos que viajar a la CDMX para hablar con el consulado del país en donde vivimos actualmente. Dadas las circunstancias por el problema de la Pandemia, decidimos dejar en espera el tema de la compra de la casa. Fuimos a la oficina de Entrecielos Querétaro ese mismo día, para que nos devolvieran el monto de la reserva y se negaron a entregarme el voucher y me hicieron una solicitud de reembolso, desde el pasado 26 de marzo y, hasta el momento no nos han cumplido lo prometido y ya no responden mis mensajes ni mis llamadas. Revisando en internet, ellos tienen varias denuncias ante la Profeco por el mismo problema.
Be very careful with this company. We went to the project and they were very accessible throughout. I reserved a house with a deal that seemed good to me, with the promise of its manager Miguel that the $ 40,000 pesos would be returned to me whenever I wanted. After this, they gave us the news that our flights had been canceled and that we had to travel to CDMX to speak with the consulate of the country where we currently live. We went to the office of Entregeles Querétaro that same day, to return the amount of the reservation and they refused to give me the voucher and made a request for a refund, since March 26 and, so far, they have not met us I promised and they no longer answer my messages or my calls. Reviewing on the internet, they have several complaints to Profeco for the same problem.
