★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with the guy sorting the taxi/ ride to Cancun he preferred to put on the locals holidaying here rather than us an English Indian family. He thenhad the cheek to.say he called out the ride to Camcun and said we should heard the call. Ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice pool. Great lounge chairs that are partially in the water. A nice gradual entry for those who struggle with stairs. The pool is not very deep though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall my family enjoyed the weeks stay there. First night the air conditioning did not properly. It was very hot. I did voice my displeasure and the following afternoon we were moved and upgraded to a walk out pool room. Secondly the "vip concierges" can be a bit aggressive with wanting to show you "timeshares" to purchase. I did have to politey (yet stearnly) let them know i wasnt interested.
After that all was good. The food is phenomenal along with all the hard working locals that make it all happen. We did do several excursions while we were there. I do recommend paying a few dollars more and having the representatives from wherever you may be going pick you up to and from. Thanks for the great week and memories.
