★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo contrate este servicio y los resultados distan mucho de lo que publican en esta pagina, desde hace meses solicite la reparación por garantía, Octavio y Ricardo no contestan el telefono, desde hace un ano que no terminan el trabajo, no me entregan mi factura, nunca llegan a la hora que quedan para hacer los trabajos lo que me ha hecho perder dias enteros esperandolos y la alberca cada dia empeora su situacion.
I hired this service and the results are far from what is published on this page, for months I have requested warranty repair, Octavio and Ricardo have not answered the phone, for a year they have not finished the work, they have not given me my invoice, They never arrive at the time left to do the work, which has made me waste whole days waiting for them, and the pool worsens their situation every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Llevo un ano batallando con ellos. No había un mes en un ano que la alberca y el cuarto de máquinas funcione bien. Se cuartea todo, se filtra en cantidades enormes el agua al cuarto de maquinas, varias veces en la madrugada tuve que palear el agua para que no se me inunde la bomba. Ahora se está desapareciendo el agua de la alberca, Tengo que usar el numero de teléfono de los amigos, cuando milagrosamente inmediatamente me contestan.
Quieren que yo pague parte de las reparaciones. No me dieron factura nunca, no tengo papel de garaníta, no tengo manual de uso. se esconden, hay semanas que no me contestan, inventan mentiras sobre mentiras porque no vienen.
Terrible service! I've been battling with them for a year. There was not a month in a year that the pool and machine room worked well. Everything cracks, the water filters into the machine room in enormous quantities, several times in the morning I had to shovel the water so that the pump does not flood. Now the pool water is disappearing, I have to use the phone number of friends, when they miraculously immediately answer me.
They want me to pay part of the repairs. They never gave me an invoice, I don't have garaníta paper, I don't have a user manual. They hide, there are weeks that they do not answer me, they invent lies upon lies because they do not come.
