Fui a que me hicieran manicure y gelish la chica que me atendió viendo el celular y lo hizo muy rápido ni dejaba que se me secaran bien las uñas, además el manicure era agua con crema yo vi como lo hizo. Para colmo en 2 días se me descarapelaron cheque según lo de la garantía y no te lo hacen valido, y toman fotos de tus manos que suben a su Facebook sin tu autorización y también toman fotos de tu nota y después no te la quieren hacer válida . No por ahorrarse unos pesos tiren su dinero a la basura!! Pésimo lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primera vez y al llamar para hacer cita el joven comento que era en la plaza de portal al ir pues no estaba ahí y llegue tarde a mi cita porque después me dijo que era más adelante, luego al llegar me comentaron que solo eran 10min de tolerancia, si me atendieron y la chica que me hizo el servicio tenia prisa y fue muy rápido pero mis uñas quedaron chuecas, y hubo en algunas uñas de mis dedos que limo demasiado mi uña y al aplicar el barniz no quedo uniforme y dijo que era porque mis uñas así eran con muchos canales, la verdad pensare mucho si les doy otra oportunidad.

Mi amiga y yo agendamos una cita, se nos hizo tarde unos cinco minutos por el tráfico, avisamos con antelación sobre nuestra demora, entramos al establecimiento y una de las señoritas sin saludar nos dijo que nos laváramos las manos, estábamos seleccionando el diseño y muy ruda nos dijo "¿se pueden sentar? Escojan rápido pues tenemos otras citas" Entendimos que habíamos llegado tarde cinco minutos, y que estos lugares tienen citas cada 40 minutos, pero creo que no era la forma o el tono de decirlos. El ambiente algo incómodo, pues cuando hablaba con mi amiga la srita. jalaba de de mi mano de manera brusca. Creo que podría mejorar la calidad de atención pues las personas más que por el diseño regresamos por la forma en que nos atienden.
