★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para manicure y esmalte normal no lo recomiendo, el servicio es más caro que en otros lugares, además tienen pocos colores y el color que me gustó estaba seco, intentaron componerlo y quedó fatal; no me gustó que limaron mis uñas para quitar el brillo y no era era necesario pues no aplicaron gelish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por los anuncios de FB se me antojaba ir a hacerme manicure y gelish, finalmente hoy hice mi cita, llegué super puntual y el chico me dijo q me atendía en 5 min, (había otra chica desocupada) espere y pasaron 15 min, en ese ínter llegó otra prs a la cual atendieron inmediatamente, pregunté y me dijeron q esperara otro minuto. Espere casi 20 min y cero q me atendían, por lo tanto me retiré. No me quedaron ganas de acudir nuevamente a pesar de q por meesenger me regalaban un manicure, impuntuales y mentirosos. No los recomiendo para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de las personas que atienden, primero entre ellos se empezaron a echar la bolita de quién iba atender solo por qué me enviaron de otra sucursal, luego me atendió una persona con jetas y para variar no quiso hacerme el servicio completo por el cual hice mi cita por qué ya no tenían tiempo... Definitivamente no volvería a esa sucursal

Recién decidí empezar a ir a otros salones y sólo fue una cachetada para ver lo antihigiénico que es este lugar, todo lo re utilizan clienta tras clienta, realmente nada está estéril y a veeeces le echan spray desinfectante a algunas cosas entre clienta y clienta.. lo cual lo vuelve peligroso pues pueden pasar desde hongos hasta una enfermedad más grave. ¿Es barato? Sí, pero podría salir muy caro por esos descuidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls are GREAT! They work efficiently and in a quality manner. They do bring customer experience service. The locations are ok, the facilities are small but clean and the follow the safety measures.
I don’t give 5 stars because of the management, when they ask for support during the lockdown in the city offering promotions I bought 2 services that complement each other, to help them out. Sandy to find out, the help and empathy goes one way, as they open again and wanted to uses my services, they response was for me to take them in different days, because promotions are not taken together. With the undergoing situation and they asks to visit more often.
Very disappointing, once I finish the ONLY service I could use, I’m not going back.
