★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a retoque de gelish y no me encanto. No tienen protocolos adecuado por COVID-19, había una señora sin cubreboca, masticando chicle y platicando mientras le retocaban uñas.
 I went to gelish touch-up and I didn't love it. They do not have adequate protocols for COVID-19, there was a lady without a mask, chewing gum and talking while they touched up nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato por parte del personal, pero deben de ser más cuidadosas con las clientas. En mi caso me lastimaron mucho la piel al limar y hasta sangre me sacaron. No es una sensación placentera si lo que quieres es ir a disfrutar el momento. Pido mayor cuidado y cautela en sus procedimientos.
Good treatment by the staff, but they must be more careful with the clients. In my case, they hurt my skin a lot when filing and they even took blood. It is not a pleasant sensation if you want to go and enjoy the moment. I ask for greater care and caution in your procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las uñas te las dejan bien hechas pero les hace falta práctica en algunos diseños ya que a veces la técnica no es la mejor y siempre dejan detallitos que no permiten darles 5 estrellas, además te dan 5 minutos de tolerancia y ellas se tardan un montón en pasarte sobre todo por las tardes. Deberían mejorar la atención al cliente.
The nails leave you well done but they need practice in some designs since sometimes the technique is not the best and they always leave little details that do not allow you to give them 5 stars, they also give you 5 minutes of tolerance and they take a lot to happen to you especially in the evenings. They should improve customer service.
