★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dos estrellas y media. Vende productos castel y porcelanato. compre una cosa no quedó y fui al día siguiente para hacer el cambio devolución ¡querían cobrar el 20% por devolución!. Acabe haciendo cambio. El vendedor que me atendió le faltaba destreza en el conocimiento del producto. Castel me parece buena marca con buenos diseños pero no creo volver a esa tienda.
Two and a half stars. Sells castel and porcelain products. I bought one thing was not left and I went the next day to make the return change, they wanted to charge 20% for return !. I ended up making change. The salesperson who served me lacked skill in knowledge of the product. Castel seems like a good brand with good designs to me, but I don't think I'll go back to that store.

El señor de la 3ra edad que atiene es muy grosero!!! Tiene 0 trato al cliente, se puso a gritarle a mi novio (ja) no tiene paciencia para decirte presupuestos ni mucho menos precios. Y al parecer es el único atendiendo el lugar.

The 3rd age man who attends is very rude !!! He has 0 customer service, he started yelling at my boyfriend (ha) he has no patience to tell you budgets, much less prices. And apparently he's the only one tending the place.
