★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí hoy hace 30 mins a esta tienda, NADIE ME ATENDIÓ y la única persona que aparentemente debió hacerlo, se pasó los 15 mins que estuve en el lugar, platicando con otra persona afuera de un automovil.
Que pena que tengan tan poca consideración para con los clientes que dispusimos de un tiempo para visitar su sala y ni siquiera pregunten si pueden servirnos en algo.
I went to this store 30 minutes ago today, NO ONE CARED FOR ME and the only person who apparently should have, spent the 15 minutes I was at the place, talking to another person outside a car.
Too bad they have so little regard for customers that we had time to visit their room and not even ask if they can help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi saga comenzó el pasado mes de diciembre cuando pedí fichas de este comerciante para un baño reno. Finalmente recibí el producto 12 semanas después y noté muchas fichas y pausas que totalizan el 35% de mi pedido. Envié un correo electrónico a mi representante de ventas el 4.4.18, quien confirmó que el comerciante está "... feliz de reemplazar según sea necesario una vez que recibamos fotos y cantidades". Se enviaron fotos y cantidades, pero recibí una negativa esta semana que indica que el comerciante "no puede ser responsable de los materiales.
El comerciante primero intentó colgar su negativa porque "superó nuestra ventana de 45 días para presentar un reclamo". ¡Incorrecto! Desde que recibí el producto el 2.27.18 y lo reporté en 4.4.18, esto no funciona. El comerciante ahora cambió su denegación, diciendo que "todos los reclamos por daños por falta de cobertura o errores de facturación deben ser informados una vez aceptados y confirmados por escrito dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha de la factura". Um, compré el producto el 12.2.17 y no lo recibí hasta el 2.27.18, 57 días después. ¿Cómo informa un daño antes de recibir su producto? Conviértete en un clarividente?
Todo eso para decir: EVITA este comerciante y lleva tu negocio a comerciantes de tejas más confiables, como Ann Sacks, Susan Jablon, Arizona Tile, Marazzi, Modwalls ... etc. Mira, ¡la lista realmente es bastante larga!
My saga began last December when I ordered tokens from this merchant for a reindeer bath. I finally received the product 12 weeks later and noticed a lot of chips and breaks totaling 35% of my order. I emailed my sales rep on 4.4.18, who confirmed that the dealer is "... happy to replace as needed once we receive photos and quantities." Photos and quantities were sent, but I received a negative this week stating that the merchant "cannot be responsible for the materials.
The merchant first tried to hang up his refusal because he "exceeded our 45-day window to file a claim." Incorrect! Since I received the product on 2.27.18 and reported it on 4.4.18, this does not work. The merchant has now changed its denial, saying that "all claims for damages due to lack of coverage or billing errors must be reported once accepted and confirmed in writing within 30 days of the invoice date." Um, I bought the product on 12.2.17 and didn't receive it until 2.27.18, 57 days later. How do you report damage before receiving your product? Become a clairvoyant?
All that to say: AVOID this merchant and take your business to more trusted tile merchants such as Ann Sacks, Susan Jablon, Arizona Tile, Marazzi, Modwalls ... etc. Look, the list really is quite long!
