★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porfirio Díaz fue un presidente tirano, ruín y bastante opresor, sin embargo, su legado nos dejó ferrocarriles, industrias, telecomunicaciones y una impresionante belleza de edificios historicos, un ejemplo claro es el palacio municipal de Orizaba, antiguo Colegio preparatorio de Orizaba. Ironicamente esta estatua se encuentra a unos pocos kilometros de Rio Blanco, y como sabrán, Porfirio ordenó la matanza que hubo en la huelgas de Rio Blanco y Cananea.
Porfirio Díaz was a tyrannical, mean and quite oppressive president, however, his legacy left us railroads, industries, telecommunications and an impressive beauty of historical buildings, a clear example is the Orizaba municipal palace, the old preparatory College of Orizaba. Ironically, this statue is located a few kilometers from Rio Blanco, and as you may know, Porfirio ordered the massacre that occurred in the Rio Blanco and Cananea strikes.

La autoría de la obra pertenece al escultor Isaac Vásquez y fue colocada el 12 de septiembre del 2015.
On one side of the ruins of the old convent of San José de Gracia, in the Plaza Bicentenario de Orizaba Veracruz, in the High Mountains, the monument to Don Porfirio Díaz Mori was placed. The authorship of the work belongs to the sculptor Isaac Vásquez and was placed on September 12, 2015.
