About Portal Centenario
MRP was founded in 2003 by Black Creek and Mexican partners. We are focused on investment, development, acquisition, and operation of real estate projects. We are leaders in evaluation, planning, financing, structuring, venue acquisition, construction, marketing, and execution of all required transactions to develop and operate real estate projects in our country.
As of this date, MRP´s portfolio consists of real estate assets in different fields such as: shopping malls, offices, mixed uses, hotels, and industrial issues which makes us one of the biggest administrative platforms in Mexico, raising funds with 5 real estate funds; the two last ones with AFORES capital by means of CKD´s (Certificates of Capital Development).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza bonita, lamentablemente está llena de gatos y ladrones de la zona, roban a Walmart, los cines son un cochinero y la gente que asiste es muy mal educada. Los guardias están siempre atentos por todos los problemas que les causa esa gente de nula educación.
Si asistes que sea de pasada, no dudes que te pueden tocar pleitos, mentadas de madre y demás expresiones vulgares.
 Nice square, unfortunately it is full of cats and thieves from the area, they steal from Walmart, the cinemas are a mess and the people who attend are very rude. The guards are always on the lookout for all the problems caused by these uneducated people.
If you attend it in passing, do not doubt that you may get lawsuits, mother talk and other vulgar expressions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque por el momento hay varios locales desocupados, ya tiene una gran variedad de otros que se encuentran en funcionamiento, hay variedad entre alimentos, postres, servicios, y tiendas de diversos productos, además el Walmart es de gran apoyo al encontrarse dentro de la plaza.
Cuenta con un estacionamiento amplio de diferentes niveles, al igual cuenta con estacionamiento para motocicletas y bicicletas, en mi experiencia ha sido seguro dejar ahí un vehículo.
La plaza tiene una estética interesante y moderna, ojalá pronto se abran más negocios dentro para tener más variedad para saciar las necesidades de las personas que la visita .

It has a large parking lot of different levels, as well as parking for motorcycles and bicycles, in my experience it has been safe to leave a vehicle there.
The square has an interesting and modern aesthetic, hopefully soon more businesses will open inside to have more variety to satisfy the needs of the people who visit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento le doy 5 estrellas porque es relativamente nueva la plaza y tienen todo limpio ya veremos con el tiempo. Aún faltan muchos locales por abrir ya que no tiene mucha variedad. Me gustó mucho que sea una plaza abierta en el último piso a la altura de los cines y suburbia.
