★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia pésima de compra, pague paqueteria y me mandaron productos de muy mala calidad, despintados, dijes quebrados y no conforme con eso, me reemplazaron artículos sin mi consentimiento, con la excusa que se les agotó y no tenían actualizado el inventario en el sistema. Los colores que muestran en las fotos son totalmente diferente, sabía que cambian un poco en foto, pero no a tal grado (ejemplo color coral y me llega un rosa pastel cuando en la descripción claramente se lee "coral", entre otros). Estaba ilusionada con mis artículos, pero me defraudaron.
A bad shopping experience, I paid for parcels and they sent me products of very poor quality, unpainted, broken charms and not in accordance with that, they replaced items without my consent, with the excuse that they ran out and they had not updated the inventory in the system . The colors shown in the photos are totally different, I knew they change a bit in the photo, but not to such a degree (example coral color and I get a pastel pink when the description clearly reads "coral", among others). I was excited about my articles, but they disappointed me.
