★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se meten al cuarto sin tocar , el wifi funciona 3 minutos y se desconecta y así sucesivamente ni su " wifi alterno" funciona si pides un jabón , toalla o lo que sea siendo que te quedas varios días te quieren cobran extra , en la tv puedes ver Netflix o prime ( no hay antena entonces no puedes ver canales de TV, el Netflix lo tenían con falta de pago , las camas parecen cama de agua todas aguadas y a la encargada o que hace el aseo no se que sea de ahí es una persona grosera con cero respeto , como todo negocio solo quieren $ lo demás no les importa y si van de trabajo peor porque la mujer chismea hasta lo que no comiste . Jamás recomendaría un lugar como este , mejor es pagar un hotel y evitar este tipo de malas experiencias con personas así sin el mas mínimo respecto a la privacidad

I would never recommend a place like this, it is better to pay a hotel and avoid this kind of bad experiences with people like that without the slightest bit about privacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I stayed for 3 weeks and ended up staying for 2 months - The owners and managers are very helpful. The studios are kitted out with good quality equipment - everything works. Fabulous shower and dressing area. The mattress is fabulous with quality cotton bedding. The Internet is fast. Lovely space to live and work in - light, fresh, airy, quiet and clean. La Comer supermarket is 5 minutes walk. Easy access to the main bus station for day trips or over night trips to visit colonial towns such as Bernal, San Miguel Allende, Guanajuato. There are many beautiful places to visit around Queretaro. I shall be returning on my next visit Queretaro.
