A	Alberto Díaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En principio habia dado 4 estrellas porque esperaba que mejorara el proyecto con el tiempo,( osea que ya les di la segunda oportunidad, asi que por favor no insistan!!) la calle principal se inunda y rebozan los drenajes de las casas, falla el alumbrado publico, que no es publico es responsabilidad de los propietarios de los departamentos su mantenimiento!! Se va la luz constantemente y al irse la luz se va el agua dizque porque se apaga una bomba y tiene que ir la japay a encenderla, asi tambien al no haber alumbrado los propietarios de las casas y departamentos hemos sido victimas de robo y vandalismo, el tema de la recoleccion de basura tienes que esperar a que se vendan todos los departamentos para que puedas hacer un contrato, mientras tu te haces responsable ¡como puedas! La limpieza de las areas verdes no sucede porque tienes que pagar a la administracion para que se haga el trabajo de mantenimiento osea no es para nada sustentable. Del transporte ni hablemos tienes que caminar cerca de 300 metros a oscuras ( en el caso de la noche) para poder tomar un transporte o llegar a tu casa, hay una ruta (hacienda teya) que entra al fraccionamiento pero lo hace cuando quiere, osea no hay formalidad, por cierto tambien el material con que estan hechas estas casas es por demas malo las paredes se abretan, se filtran! Lo reportas al departamento de garantias y no contestan y si contestan sencillamente te dicen que lo repararan y no lo hacen ( informales, irresponsables!) La jauria de perros con o sin dueño son un problema, ni siquiera puedes caminar libremente sin que te ataque un canino por invadir su territorio ( por favor!!)ahh por si fuera poco el fraccionamiento apesta todo el tiempo porque a lado se encuentra "rancho el pepinillo" PORTAL SAN PEDRO YA NO SIGAS VENDIENDO BASURA Y MENTIRAS!! La constructora Provi no acepta su responsabilidad y no quiere hacerse cargo de las reparaciones, ademas no hay transporte público, muchos robos a casa habitación. Estoy arrepentido de haber comprado mi casa aquí en este fraccionamiento.
