Desorden por los trabajadores que siguen construyendo
Suciedad en las calles
Ruido excesivo por maquinaria pesada que ingresa a la privada durante el día
Irregularidades en los estados financieros presentados por la administración
Control de acceso no es efectivo
Indicaron que las instalaciones estaban listas para contratar servicios de internet y no era verdad.
Todo lo anterior se ha externado a la administración (SMART) y sólo hemos recibido trato prepotente y concluimos que no ve por los intereses de los vecinos.
Mi recomendación es que analicen bien dónde harán su inversión y cómo quieren vivir.
Por cierto, la lona que aparecen en la imagen fue retirada por una persona empleado de la constructora 10 minutos después de haberla colocado.
The houses and the place are fine but between the construction company and the administration they have not resolved us:
Disorder by workers who continue to build
Dirt in the streets
Excessive noise from heavy machinery entering the private sector during the day
Irregularities in the financial statements presented by the administration
Access control is not effective
They indicated that the facilities were ready to hire internet services and it was not true.
All of the above has been externalized to the administration (SMART) and we have only received arrogant treatment and we conclude that it does not look out for the interests of the neighbors.
My recommendation is that they analyze well where they will make their investment and how they want to live.
By the way, the canvas that appears in the image was removed by a person employed by the construction company 10 minutes after it had been placed.
