★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la primera vez que entre a portes me enamoré de toda la casa! Las habitaciones, los espacios compartidos y sobre todo del jardín.
Es un lugar perfecto para Un estudiante como yo que puedo disfrutar de mi privacidad y tengo espacios que se adaptan perfectamente a todas mis necesidades.
Completamente recomiendo este lugar para vivir para todo tipo de estudiantes universitarios.
From the first time I entered freight I fell in love with the whole house! The rooms, the shared spaces and especially the garden.
It is a perfect place for a student like me who can enjoy my privacy and I have spaces that adapt perfectly to all my needs.
I fully recommend this place to live for all kinds of college students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que mas me gusta de Portes es su concepto e instalaciones, tienen todo lo que un estudiante necesita, desde mi propia “mini alacena” hasta espacios compartidos como es la sala o estudios.
Su ubicación es súper céntrica de los puntos más importantes de la ciudad!!! Fácil acceso a transporte público y al servicio de mi bici ?.
Realmente creo que es de las pocas casas para estudiantes que cumplen con todo lo que necesito, recomendado 100%
What I like most about Portes is its concept and facilities, they have everything a student needs, from my own "mini cupboard" to shared spaces such as the living room or studios.
Its location is super central to the most important points of the city !!! Easy access to public transport and the service of my bike ?.
I really think it is one of the few student houses that meet everything I need, recommended 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la fortuna de pasar una temporada en Portes y disfruté cada minuto de mi estadía. Las habitaciones y espacios están pensados para ser funcionales y además de todo tienen muy buen estilo y son de primera calidad. Las habitaciones tienen justo lo que necesitas y cada una es única con el plus de tener tu propio baño, algo que no es fácil de encontrar.
¡Definitivamente recomiendo Portes! no solo por sus instalaciones sino también por su seguridad y ubicación, prácticamente puedes caminar a todos lados y estas a minutos de lugares icónicos en Guadalajara.
I was fortunate to spend a season at Portes and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The rooms and spaces are designed to be functional and in addition to everything they have a very good style and are of the highest quality. The rooms have just what you need and each one is unique with the plus of having its own bathroom, something that is not easy to find.
I definitely recommend Portes! Not only for its facilities but also for its security and location, you can practically walk everywhere and you are minutes from iconic places in Guadalajara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocas veces consigues en un mismo lugar todos los atributos favorables que te garantizan un servicio integral de 1er nivel. Y, cuando se trata de la formación de nuestros hijos, no solemos escatimar esfuerzos ni recursos económicos. Un 1er semestre me es suficiente para recomendar esta residencia Pórtes. Conveniente ubicación, seguridad, elegante ambientación que invita al estudio y a la privacidad, atención directa de sus dueños, buenas normas de convivencia que garantizan una sana socialización interna y que como padres agradecemos. En fin, entre tantas opciones que ofrece la ciudad, no pude encontrar otra mejor. Será la residencia de mi hijo hasta que culmine sus estudios, definitivamente está siendo parte de su formación como futuro adulto profesional. Gracias!!!
Rarely do you get all the favorable attributes in one place that guarantee a comprehensive 1st level service. And, when it comes to the training of our children, we usually spare no effort or financial resources. A 1st semester is enough for me to recommend this Pórtes residence. Convenient location, security, elegant setting that invites study and privacy, direct attention from its owners, good rules of coexistence that guarantee a healthy internal socialization and that as parents we appreciate. In short, among so many options that the city offers, I could not find a better one. It will be my son's residence until he finishes his studies, it is definitely being part of his training as a future professional adult. Thank you!!!

The facilities are great with big spaces and everything you need, the rooms are well designed and they have their own restroom! That is a plus as I don’t like sharing.
The whole residence has a nice good vibe and the green spaces make it very pleasant. Location is very centric and close to emblematic places in Guadalajara, in fact, just outside of the house you have a bike service available.
I definitely recommend it.
