Piensen bien antes de comprar en estos departamentos. La constructora y la administración solo hace caso omiso. Cómo respuesta: Tengamos claro la diferencia de preventa y postventa. Cuando yo compré me dijeron que las amenidades se entregaría a lo máximo en 6 meses, llevo año y medio esperando que sean entregadas. Y evidentemente se ha hablado con administración y con su director y el resultado es el mismo, hacer caso omiso. The amenities it promises does not deliver. Al principio todo marcha bien, ya que lo que quieren es vender, pero en el proceso te das cuenta que no todo lo que te ofrecen es verdad, al final dimos el dinero para el apartado de un departamento, y más adelante nos dimos cuenta de sus comentarios negativos para este condominio, lo que decidimos cancelar, ya han pasado 3 meses desde la firma de Cancelación y a la fecha nos siguen dando largas para entregarnos el cheque de nuestro dinero, la famosa Sra TINA, les ayudara en todo para la firma del contrato y les asegurará qué en menos de 2 meses ya tendrán escrituras y les entregará el departamento, pero para una cancelación lleva 3 meses y nos pide 1 más para poder realizar el tramite... Juzguen ustedes mismo, a nadie recomiendo comprar aquí. Actualización: 14-Octubre-2020 Tienen el cinismo de colocar su respuesta como devuelto el deposito el cual a la fecha no he recibido, y me dicen que en esta semana sale, pero no me aseguran nada.
