Leaving the Mexico City Airport to the royal road of Polanco. At approximately 2:45 pm the suburban taxi driver had no knowledge of the area and took me until after Santa Fe. After telling the driver that it was NOT the right way, he answered that we were about to arrive. At a stop, I lowered the glass and asked how much we were from the Polanco area and they told me that 40 minutes away !!!!! The driver had no idea where we were so I had to get off and take another taxi with the risks that this implies. Unfortunately I lost my 4:00 pm meeting, which is why I made my trip to Mexico City. I was told by telephone that I could make my claim with JULIO ROJAS or OMAR GALVAN and a month later I had NO answer. Terrible, it stinks, I have no words to express my anger.

Very bad service. With my family consisting of 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children, we hired the taxi service from the airport to the cathedral hotel in the center of Mexico City. The taxi driver was very unpleasant from the beginning, since we did not give him the exact address of the hotel, although we told him that it was behind the cathedral, as we did not give him the exact address he told us that he would take us to the hotel that he thought it was. Later when he was arriving near the zócalo, he told us that he could leave us there since there was an event so the main avenue was closed and we should walk to the hotel. We insisted that we pay for him to drop us in front of the hotel but he kept saying that he could not, we turned to a traffic policeman who told him how to get there. It was very distressing to think that he could leave us abandoned with 3 children and 5 suitcases in a city that we do not know and that we visited for the first time. Very bad service

Terrible and expensive. The rude and aggressive driver. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
