★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre mi boleto luego me dijeron que no me podían llevar a menos de que pagara mas. Luego el chofer daño su auto cargando mis cosas y me quería cobrar 1300 pesos por que supuestamente fue mi culpa. Son unos vándalos.
 I bought my ticket then they told me they couldn't take me unless I paid more. Then the driver damaged his car loading my things and he wanted to charge me 1,300 pesos because it was supposedly my fault. They are vandals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate servicio para recogida en casa y de ahi al aeropuerto T2 6:00, el vehiculo nunca llego. , el conductor reporto llegar con atraso de 20 min y lueho otro atraso de 15 y ni 20 ni 15 mas, sencillamwnte tuve ue llamar uBer. Me contactan para reembolso pero tambien hay que ver los terminos de su servicio. Si u o no esta listo en max 10 min de la hora, se van sin responsabilidad... con esto si ellos nunca vienen entonces solo tengan su dinero...
He retornado y solicitado un nuevo servicio del aeropuerto a casa, una nueva mala experiencia, no tienen actitud de servicio, tuve que usar otra linea y pagar por el servicio, por otro lado 2 Uber es más econpmico que 1 Porto. tomen nota
Hire service to pick up at home and from there to the airport T2 6:00, the vehicle never arrived. The driver reported arriving 20 minutes late and then another 15 and neither 20 nor 15 more, I simply had to call uBer. They contact me for reimbursement but you also have to see the terms of their service. If you or not is ready in max 10 min of the hour, they leave without responsibility ... with this if they never come then they only have their money ...
I have returned and requested a new service from the airport to home, a new bad experience, they do not have a service attitude, I had to use another line and pay for the service, on the other hand 2 Uber is cheaper than 1 Porto. take note

Pedi un taxi hacia Polanco y ellos me cobraron buleto EJECUTIVO sin perguntar qué tipo de servicio deseaba yo. No caigan en este aprovechamiento de Parte de esta empresa. Pidan servicio sedan pues ellos no van a perguntar qué tipo de servicio deseamos. OJO, No RECOMIENDO POR QUE SE APROVECHAN
BAD EXPERIENCE with this company. They take advantage of the customer you don't know.
I asked for a taxi to Polanco and they charged me EXECUTIVE ticket without asking what kind of service I wanted. Do not fall for this use of Part of this company. Ask for sedan service because they will not ask what kind of service we want. EYE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHY YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El chofer nos trajo como pesero de ruta foránea, aventando la camioneta. Se subió a una aguja y se le reventó un neumático, si va más rápido hasta nos hubiera volteado. Nos mandaron camioneta de repuesto y el servicio igual de malo. El sustituto se amarró en la bajada de la entrada a T-1 y el pasajero del frente casi se estrella con el parabrisas. Jamás recomendaría a estos tipos. Todavía me reclama el chofer que “si le voy a pagar” cuando hice mi reserva y pago con toda anticipación. Que lástima, que choferes así empañen la imagen de una empresa, pero al parecer los filtros de selección no son los adecuados.
Terrible service. The driver brought us as a pesero from a foreign route, throwing the truck. He got on a needle and a tire blew out, if he went faster he would have turned us over. They sent us a replacement truck and the service was just as bad. The substitute tied up at the entrance drop to T-1 and the front passenger almost crashed into the windshield. I would never recommend these guys. The driver still asks me "if I'm going to pay him" when I made my reservation and paid in advance. What a pity, that drivers like this tarnish the image of a company, but apparently the selection filters are not adequate.
