El acceso ubicado sobre la Av. Paseo de la Asunción, cuenta con un imponente elemento arquitectónico, enmarcado mediante dos arcos que limitan el acceso, siguiendo con nuestro concepto de integrar a la naturaleza con la arquitectura, por ello refleja ese concepto mediante el uso de muros fuente (muros llorones) y vegetación, haciendo amable el recibimiento a los habitantes del conjunto.
El acceso escontrolado mediante un portón y una caseta de vigilancia la cual cuenta con todo el equipo necesario para la seguridad de los condóminos.
