★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por parte de los encargados telefónicos del 099 de la apertura de las puertas no permitirle la entrada a una residente cuando esta todo liquidado y todo al corriente habla muy mal de la administración de este fraccionamiento, ojalá la mesa directiva tome cartas en el asunto sobre este tema delicado .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas bonitas,no estancmuy grandes pero se miran confortables,hay seguridad con plimas para acceso,el jardin siempre al 100,estan muy bien yo me compraria una ahi la verdad.sobre todo x la privacidad.
Nice houses, they are not very big but they look comfortable, there is security with plimas for access, the garden always at 100, they are very good I would buy one there, the truth. Especially for privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas de la primera etapa muy bonitas, las segundas no y con muchos defectos ocultos. Con una sola entrada y no hay salida de emergencia. Los portones fallan y golpean los carros.
The houses of the first stage are very beautiful, the second ones are not and with many hidden defects. With only one entrance and there is no emergency exit. The gates fail and the cars hit.
