Marco y me contestan y me dicen que si pueden venir a arreglarlo pero que me van a cobrar, para que no vaya a RENEGAR, con esas palabras, por Dios, un curso de atención al cliente, no?. En primera, cómo están tan seguros que la falla no tienen nada que ver con su mantenimiento si ni si quiera se dignan a venir a revisarlo antes. Ademas, un servicio de mantenimiento no es nada barato y uno esperaría que los principales puntos de seguridad del portón estuvieran cubiertos y revisados para al menos un buen tiempo. El portón casi me cae encima. CERO RECOMENDADO, PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA.
Terrible service, they carried out a gate maintenance and a week later it came off. I communicate with them and they ignore my messages. Marco and they answer me and they tell me that if they can come to fix it but that they are going to charge me, so that I will not DENY, with those words, by God, a customer service course, right? First of all, how are they so sure that the failure has nothing to do with their maintenance if they do not even deign to come and check it first. Also, a maintenance service is not cheap at all and one would expect the main gate security points to be covered and checked for at least a good time. The gate almost fell on me. ZERO RECOMMENDED, BAD EXPERIENCE.
