★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según mi Google maps abrían a las 9 am entre semana y llegue desde las 8:30 y me encuentro con la sorpresa que abren hasta las 10:00 am me chute hora y media en espera y obviamente llegue tarde al trabajo, que pasa son esa coordinación o los empleados hacen lo que quieren?
According to my Google maps they opened at 9 am during the week and I arrived from 8:30 am and I was surprised that they open until 10:00 am I got an hour and a half waiting and obviously I was late for work, what happens is that coordination or do the employees do what they want?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen atención al cliente, no respetan los horarios, acudí a las 5:50 de la tarde a empeñar un articulo y no me quisieron atender, me indicaron que si quería me esperara a que se desocupara alguien pero que si terminaban después de las 6 ya no atenderían y tendría que regresar al día siguiente. Un día antes me habían dicho que atendían hasta las 6:30 osea ni ellos saben sus horarios. Me atendió un gordo prieto y una muchacha con el cabello pintado de amarillo y la boca medio chueca.
Terrible service, they don't have customer service, they don't respect the schedules, I went to 5:50 in the afternoon to pawn an article and they didn't want to attend me, they told me that if I wanted to wait for someone to vacate but if they ended up after of the 6 they would no longer attend and would have to return the next day. The day before they had told me that they attended until 6:30 am, nor do they know their schedules. I was attended by a fat man and a girl with yellow painted hair and a half crooked mouth.
