★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación 14, tenía una cucaracha en la cama, los muebles tenían boronas, la alberca muy sucia. Pésimo servicio, hay mejores opciones y con mejor precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día que llegamos estaba todo el jardín sucio, y no hubo wifi, muy poca iluminación en la habitación.
La habitación si estaba limpia, aunque la sabana tenía quemaduras tipo cigarro. Después arreglaron el wifi. El lugar en general se ve bonito, tiene amplios espacios. La atención de la gerente del último día fue muy buena. Le estaban dando mantenimiento en algunas zonas, que bueno, se ve que va a mejorar.
The day we arrived the whole garden was dirty, and there was no wifi, very little lighting in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Hotel con 22 habitaciones amuebladas tipo rústico, tienen aire acondicionado, las camas son cómodas con ropa de cama y toallas limpias, es un lugar para descansar los fines de semana, cuenta con alberca de buen tamaño, área de jardines, dos sitios para disfrutar de aperitivos y una buena botana con mesas y sillas de madera, están techados, tiene camastros junto a la alberca y el restorán equipado igual con mesas y sillas de madera rústicas, la atención del personal es amable y diligente con buena cocina mexicana vale la pena hospedarse en esta posada, con decirles que estábamos recostados junto a la alberca y disfrutamos a un pájaro carpintero que llegó a trabajar en un árbol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones de mal gusto, con poco mantenimiento, mubles viejos diferente a las de la foto de la publicidad, los baños huelen feo, le bajas al baño ya sea en tu habitación o en otra contigua y se va el agua en la regadera , por parte de Erika y del señor que abre la puerta recibí muy buen servicio dentro de sus posibilidades , mi recomendación es no dejar caer el lugar con mejores habitaciones sería un lugar de descanso de 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMOOOO SERVICIOOOOO!!! Por favor no gasten su dinero en este tipo de hoteles!!!! Me toco una cucaracha en la habitación y había comida en los burós, la alberca estaba súper suciaaaaa y aún así me dijeron que era normal que el agua estuviera estancada por la quema de caña, e trataron de justificar por todo y NO ME DEVOLVIERON TODO MI DINERO, a pesar de que no fue culpa mía. Decidi moverme de inmediato a otro hotel más barato y mejor. La persona encargada tuvo un pésimo trato con nosotros y JAMAS ACEPTARON SU ERROR. Juzguen ustedes mismos por todos lo malos comentarios que hay en reseñas y el tipo de respuestas que el encargado da a los malos comentarios nada profesional!!. Me gusta apoyar negocios locales, pero este por la insalubridad y el trato a sus huespedes merece una sanción, dado que el prestar un servicio requiere de trato e instalaciones impecables.
AWFUL SERVICEOOOO!!! Please don't waste your money on this kind of hotels!!!! I had a cockroach in the room and there was food in the bureaus, the pool was super dirty and even so they told me that it was normal for the water to be stagnant due to burning cane, and they tried to justify everything and THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY ALL BACK. MONEY, even though it wasn't my fault. I decided to move immediately to another cheaper and better hotel. The person in charge had a lousy deal with us and NEVER ACCEPTED THEIR MISTAKE. Judge for yourselves by all the bad comments that are in reviews and the type of responses that the manager gives to the bad comments that are unprofessional !!. I like to support local businesses, but this one, due to the unhealthiness and treatment of its guests, deserves a sanction, since providing a service requires impeccable treatment and facilities.
