★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, nunca tienen agua caliente, no hay jabon ni toallas, hay que estar solicitando las cosas con la cuidadora, no lo recomiendo, van 3 ocasiones que me hospedo ahi y muy mala atención
 Pesimo service, never have hot water, soap or towels, you have to be asking for things with the caretaker, I do not recommend it, go 3 times I stayed there and very bad attention

Very small, the pillows and towels with a scent of everything but clean, the water in the shower was not going very well ... it would not return too expensive for what it is and how it is

A PESIMO PLACE EVERYTHING SMELLS BAD, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT! THEY HAVE BED BUGS, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT HORRIBLE PLACE.
I put a star because only that one can be, but I would put less 5 DISCUSSION OF PLACE

THE PLACE IS A DISGUST !!! NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PHOTOS. DIRTY THERE ARE BEDBUGS OR YOU CAN REST BECAUSE FAR FROM BEING POSADA IT SEEMS MOTEL DE PASO WE WERE IN FAMILY AND TRULY A SHAME.

To leave luggage and have necessary services is very good because it is close to the Valle de Bravo lake..... Too bad that they will not let you use the pool
