Its old, rundown and dirty.
You get what you pay for.
I would not recommend staying here.
There are plenty of great options very close to this place.

β β β β β Really nice for the price. Perfect location: right on the beach, and close to all the restaurants. Loved the hammocks at the front; I enjoyed them for countless hours! The room was small and rather dark, and you could hear all the other rooms. Bathrooms were rather dirty, but acceptable at this price range. Will stay again!!

β β β β β Wonderful, the greatest place, I love Brisa Marina for the climate, view and Chill. Always smiling staff, completely looseness, beautiful view. In the room everything you follow, a cabinet, table, chairs, polka. On the balcony of hammocks, on the beach hammocks and sunbathing. I will come back there, I have to be a wonderful place, the best in Zipolite.
