★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio. La habitación con olor a humedad, moscas de drenaje, sin cobijas, la puerta no sirve, y el baño sin tapa y sin papel higiénico. Lugar MUY MALO.
Terrible service. The room with a musty smell, drainage flies, no blankets, the door inoperable, and the bathroom without a lid and no toilet paper. VERY BAD place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented the cheapest room of the place. (250 pesos) No light in the bathroom, water was barely warm and the fan didn't work. Especially that last thing is pretty hard in the tropical summer with the humidity. At first, I thought the women didn't want to help out and said that it's the consequence of booking the cheapest room. Not much later, she came with a big fan that she could use from someone. It's not fancy, but it's a simple place to crash for a night. Also, I could leave my stuff while visiting Chichen Itza the next day.
