El Restaurante Agua Miel cuenta con una cocina equipada para dar servicio en eventos de hasta 400 invitados, tiene un acceso directo al jardín para llevar los alimentos directamente al exterior, también cuenta con un espacio interior con capacidad de 30 personas. Una gran parte de nuestros alimentos son preparados con ingredientes cultivados aquí mismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones de este hotel me encantaron desde la entrada al estacionamiento, reserve la suite de este lugar llamada xochipilli, que es la habitación más amplia del lugar, cuenta con cama KS, sala con biblioteca y pantalla, el baño es amplio y con tina. Los jardines de este hotel están super bonitos y bien cuidados, tiene alberca y área de spa donde puedes reservar desde una mascarilla, masaje relajante hasta un temazcal.
El servicio de restaurante es bueno, la chica que atiende es super amable y los alimentos muy ricos, la habitación incluye desayuno para dos personas.
El servicio de recepción es el que no me convenció ya que no están en su lugar cuando los necesitan y por las noches tienes que tocar una campana para que alguien vaya y es bastante incómodo por que me despertaron varias veces, les falla el servicio en ese aspecto ya que deben de tener alguien ahí y no hacer ruido e incomodar a los huéspedes cuando se necesite su presencia.

 I loved the facilities of this hotel from the entrance to the parking lot, book the suite of this place called xochipilli, which is the largest room in the place, it has a KS bed, a room with a library and a screen, the bathroom is spacious and with a bathtub. The gardens of this hotel are super nice and well kept, it has a pool and a spa area where you can reserve from a mask, relaxing massage to a temazcal.
The restaurant service is good, the girl who attends is super friendly and the food is very tasty, the room includes breakfast for two people.
The reception service is the one that did not convince me since they are not in their place when they are needed and at night you have to ring a bell for someone to come and it is quite uncomfortable because they woke me up several times, the service fails in that aspect as they must have someone there and not make noise and inconvenience guests when their presence is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woow de lugar !! Jamás me espere encontrar un lugar tan bonito en medio del bullicio de Teotihuacán. Es un hotel 100% natural, con un estilo vintage, tiene áreas verdes hermosas y bien cuidadas, alberca climatizada con panel solar, temazcal, área de SPA y restaurante, un lugar 100% recomendable para ir a descansar. Habitaciones limpias y de buen tamaño, con poco mobiliario acorde al concepto del hotel, el baño es amplio y la cama es riquísima, cobijas y almohadas limpias y deliciosas para dormir. UFFFF El restaurante es DELICIOSO !!! menú variado, costo razonable, excelente relación precio-calidad y un trato magnífico, puedes comer en el jardín que por las noches está decorado con luces colgantes que le da un toque hermoso al espacio. En verdad mi esposo y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar.
Definitivamente regresaremos!
Wow place!! I never expected to find such a beautiful place in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Teotihuacán. It is a 100% natural hotel, with a vintage style, it has beautiful and well-kept green areas, a heated pool with solar panels, a temazcal, a SPA area and a restaurant, a 100% recommended place to go and rest. Clean and good-sized rooms, with little furniture according to the concept of the hotel, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is delicious, clean and delicious blankets and pillows to sleep on. UFFFF The restaurant is DELICIOUS!!! varied menu, reasonable cost, excellent price-quality ratio and magnificent treatment, you can eat in the garden that at night is decorated with hanging lights that give a beautiful touch to the space. My husband and I were truly delighted with the place.
We will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grounds of the property is great. Wish the rooms were better. They are trying hard. The cleaning of the room was average for example the trash can was not emptied, there was no toilet paper. The shower wasn't too good either. Takes a while to get the hot water. The wifi was bad in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very average as well. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I think with a few changes it can be a great place to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Star Staff and Restaurant, friendly, kind and attentive. The hotel itself is about 6-7 Minutes from the Pyramids by car. Cute and cozy, nice swimming pool and garden areas. Good big bed. 3 Stars for the condition of the bathroom, clogged shower head and missing small details like something to hang the towel on. Also when asked for a hair dryer, they had none, not even at the front desk. No toilet paper holder. Also cleanliness could be better. Room for improvement, but one of the better places to stay around here so our guide told us too.
