★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues solo tiene lo básico. Cama y baño. No hay tv, ni internet, y el segundo día no hubo agua caliente, bueno sí hay tv. Pero solo canal 2 nada más. Cuando uno se baña, se escurre el agua hacía la habitación. El baño no tiene ventilación. Para dormir está bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen pago con tarjeta, yo iba sin efectivo, al otro día me estaban co re y cobre. Les dije que hacía transferencia a una cuenta de ellos y me dijeron que la acababan de cancelar y... Una situación tan incomoda para mi... El cajero a 40 min en chignahuapan...
Deberían ventilar un ratito las habitaciones cuando están vacías. Y media cama abajo de las escaleras del hotel... Te levantabas y te tenías que rodar para el otro lado para no pegarte.

They should ventilate the rooms for a while when they are empty. And half a bed down the hotel stairs... You got up and had to roll over to the other side to avoid hitting yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora Martha es muy grosera y no respeta reservaciones. No es culpa del cliente que solo maneje en efectivo. Mi familia ya habia reservado por teléfono las habitaciones y llegó otra persona a pedirle por más días y a nosotros nos canceló, cuando le pedimos que respetara nuestra reservación dijo que le convenia más la otra y que quedaba cancelado el servicio para nosotros.
Mrs. Martha is very rude and does not respect reservations. It is not the customer's fault that he only handles cash. My family had already reserved the rooms by phone and another person came to ask for more days and he canceled us, when we asked him to respect our reservation he said that the other one was more convenient and that the service was canceled for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atencion, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y las camas comodas y calientitas, el baño un poco pequeño pero funcional, eata muy bien ubicado, a tan solo unos pasos de la plaza principal, a 15 mins de la Cascada de Agua Azul y cerca de el mirador de El Calvario.
Very good attention, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable and warm, the bathroom is a bit small but functional, it is very well located, just a few steps from the main square, 15 minutes from the Agua Azul Waterfall and near the viewpoint of El Calvario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -5 pésimo servicio, la atención de la propietaria deja mucho que desear, no respeta los acuerdos con los huéspedes, les cancela si llega otro huésped que le conviene más, no tienen servicio de pago con tarjeta, les pide que se anoten en una lista la cual no respeta la prioridad y después habla para cobrarles cuando desde el principio estableció que el pago es en efectivo hasta el día de la reservación. Muy poca formalidad en su servicio.
